  • Delivery is quoted separately based on your location. No delivery fee is added to the online estimate.
  • Installation is included in our initial offering for Gauteng customers to ensure correct assembly; the installation arrangements are confirmed with you when processing your enquiry.
  • Final availability and configuration are confirmed by CLEVERCLIMBSA. Where an included package or accessory choice needs to be verified against the supplied product package, we confirm it with you during quotation.
  • Submitting an enquiry — by WhatsApp, email or the website form — does not constitute an accepted order, and no payment is taken through this website.
  • CLEVERCLIMBSA is not VAT registered; prices shown are the selling prices and no VAT is added.
  • Enquiries are valid for the period we confirm with you in our quotation.

3. Delivery and installation

Delivery is arranged and priced per order based on your location, and confirmed with you before dispatch. Installation is offered to Gauteng customers as part of our initial offering so that your frame is assembled correctly; we confirm the date, access requirements and any site preparations with you when processing your enquiry. Full delivery and installation policy wording — including lead times and cancellations — is being prepared for review before publication.

4. Warranty
